B: Leftover veggie sausage, 100% whole grain toast with non-dairy spread and fruit jam

L: Tossed greens salad with chick peas, walnuts, cherries, fresh veggies and Italian dressing

D: Semi homemade tomato veggie marinara on whole wheat pasta and nutritional yeast

S: Small bowl of Cheerios with light vanilla soymilk

 

Wednesday

B: Steel cut oats with maple sugar, pecans and cherries

L: Brown rice with spicy black beans and sliced green peppers

D: Veggie burgers with lettuce, onion and tomato with sweet potato fries

S: Mandarin oranges and Triscuits

 

Thursday
