•    Nachos: beans, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, salsa
•    Tofu steaks and mushrooms with potato
•    Vegan burgers with sweet potato chips
•    Sweet potato and soup  
•    Sloppy joe tofu crumbles with low fat low salt chips
•    Pizza Barbecue: barbecue sauce and lot of veggies and olives
•    Vegetable stir fry with potato
•    Soups
•    Chili and corn chips or potato

Breakfast
•    Cheerios with fruit
•    Oatmeal with fruit
•    Vans waffles with peanut butter and applesauce
•    Pancakes with maple syrup

Lunch
•    salad with tofu or beans
